I Am Alive!

That's right, I did not die!
So here we are, more than a year after my last post and boy what a year! Paul and I were married on March 13, 2010 in the beautiful city of Charlotte, NC. It was a beautiful ceremony with all our friends and family, we even had a sushi bar! I lost all the weight I was trying to lose and looked awesome in my dress! Then we went on our honeymoon to Jamaica for a week, then Paul left for a week long business trip. I missed him so. We then moved to Augusta, GA (well, I did, he was already there) then in November we moved to Buford, GA which is about an hour north of the Atl. We have a beautiful three bedroom town house that over looks a tree and off in the distance a community pool. Paul still works for a jewelry company and I have gone back to working for Williams-Sonoma. We celebrated our anniversary last month with a trip to see Peter Pan in Atlanta and frozen wedding cake full of spores.
It has been about 5 months since I was last violently ill (an after effect of salmonella) which has been the most wonderful 5 months since I left the hospital 4 years ago.
I cut my hair back in may of last year, the heat in Augusta was unbearable. So off it went from just below my shoulder blades to up to my chin. I miss it ever so much so now I am growing it back out again, this time with less split ends!
In Augusta we made some of the best friends we will probably ever have, two military couples who are now stationed in Germany and Hawaii! We miss them a lot and we talk as often as we can, they will be away for about three years and then hopefully will relocate back to the east coast.
I am going to try and take a picture a day this month, a new project just for fun to try and better document my life. I will post the ones you have missed since April first!
I have gained back all my pre-wedding weight so I am now on a diet, I am back down to 140, down from 151 a month ago, my goal is to fit back into my wedding dress by July! I will keep you updated.
Well here are some wedding photos and the start of my photo project! Enjoy!

You know what's really funny? When vegans get eaten by wild animals! It's like POW! That is what you get for questioning the food chain and circle of life!
